Why we exist
HR work is fragmented. Teams deserve better tools for how the work actually runs.
HR and talent teams manage some of the most consequential workflows in any organization: hiring, performance, compensation, career growth. But the tools available are either generic productivity software or heavyweight platforms that weren't designed for how the work actually runs.
